Kempston Rovers, looking for a second successive promotion, moved level on points with fifth-placed AFC Dunstable in the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central on Tuesday night.

The Walnut Boys won 3-0 at Chalfont St Peter to boost their play-off hopes ahead of the busy Easter period.

It was goalless at the break, but the visitors broke the deadlock after 65 minutes with a Ben Shepherd effort.

Well-travelled striker Jake Newman doubled their lead 7 minutes later and Ashley Fuller made the points safe with an 81st minute third.

In Division One South & West on Tuesday night, champions Hereford FC topped the 100-point mark after a 2-1 win at the Loop Meadow Stadium against Didcot Town.

A fine Ben Whitehead volley gave Didcot the lead in the 2nd minute.

But Jamie Molynuex equalised just before half-time.

John Mills scored from the penalty spot 2 minutes into the second half to earn the Bulls all three points.

North Leigh won 2-1 at home against Yate Town, with George Seacole putting the Oxfordshire hosts ahead after 21 minutes.

Eugene Keary eventually equalised 19 minutes from time, but Michael Hopkins won it for North Leigh from the penalty spot just 2 minutes later.

It finished 3-3 at Testwood Park between AFC Totton and Bideford.

However, the Devonians found themselves three-down by the 28th minute with goals from Harry Medway, Curtis Young and Sam Roberts.

But Biddy made a great comeback to level through Chris McPhee after 61 minutes, Sean Downing 2 minutes from time and then Dan Western 3 minutes into stoppage time.
