Saturday's Premier Division action review

By David Watters

There was only one match in the EVO-STIK League Southern's Premier Division on Saturday due to the Buildbase FA Trophy, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

And it saw second-bottom Cambridge City battle back from 2-0 down to earn a point from a 3-3 draw at mid-table Stratford Town.

A Richard Gregory brace in the sixth and 14th minute earned the hosts their two-goal advantage before Joe Carden reduced it by one on the half-hour mark.

Recent signing Bradley Woods-Garness equalised from the penalty spot five minutes after the break following a handball decision. Kieran Bailey then put the strugglers in front on the hour-mark, only for Edwin Ahenkorah to restore parity just three minutes later.
