Petersfield Town won for only the second time this season – and for the first time since August 9 – away against out-of-sorts Aylesbury FC to move off the bottom of the table.
Despite falling behind to a 27th minute Andre Olukamni effort, the visitors won it with an Alfy Whittingham brace in the 38th and 65th minutes – the second from the spot.
Third-bottom Beaconsfield SYCOB lost by the odd goal in seven at Holloways Park against Potters Bar Town, who are now seventh.
Callum Bunting gave SYCOB a 17th minute lead that Eoin Casey cancelled out on 38 minutes. Bunting scored again to restore the home side`s lead on 43 minutes, but Michael Murray sent the Scholars into the break all-square.
Charlie Lossaso put the Rams ahead again seven minutes after the restart but Casey went on to complete his hat-trick in the 74th and 80th minutes to seal victory for Potters Bar.
Bedford Town looked as though they`d earned a point at the Runnymede Stadium against Egham Town.
However, after Eagles` keeper Peter Denton had saved a penalty from top scorer Brendan Matthew, the sub popped up with a stoppage time winner for the Sarnies.
Kidlington earned a 3-1 home win over Barton Rovers, who were behind inside four minutes to a Lewis Coyle goal. Rod Orlando-Young equalised 15 minutes later, but Anaclet Odhiambo after 39 minutes and Coyle again two minutes from time, sealed Kidlington`s win.
The day`s other game saw Fleet Town and Arlesey Town share a 1-1 Calthorpe Park draw in which Luke Abraham gave the visitors a 25th minute lead that Dan Williamson cancelled out just before the break.
