Tivvy enjoyed a tremendous 2-1 win at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium against Salisbury FC, who are looking like needing a boost to make a New Year play-off push.
A crowd of 705 saw Owen Howe put Tivvy in front just before the break. Tommy Wright equalised 11 minutes into the second half but a George Colson own goal 12 minutes from time settled the game in the visitors` favour.
Mangotsfield were 3-0 Cossham Street winners over third-bottom AFC Totton, with Lewis Powell bagging a brace in the 25th and 31st minutes and a Steve Mowthorpe own goal accounting for the other seven minutes from time.
Swindon Supermarine were looking to go level on points with fifth-placed Evesham United whey they travelled down to Devon to play Bideford.
But they returned along the M5 with their tails between their legs after a 4-0 defeat in which Will Richards netted a hat-trick and the fourth was a Ryan Morgan own goal near the end.
Ben Whitehead`s 55th minute effort secured Didcot Town`s home win over Barnstaple Town, while Wantage Town are now second-bottom after swapping places with Bridgwater Town after edging a 3-2 win at Fairfax Park.
The Alfredians were 2-0 up through James Glover and Mark Francis by the 15th minute. Syd Camper reduced the deficit on 67 minutes, only for Aaon Ferris to make it 3-1 with 10 minutes to go, although Harry Horton`s second for the hosts two minutes from time made for a nervy finale.
Fourth-bottom Paulton Rovers suffered a 3-1 home defeat to mid-table Slimbridge.
Lee Smith and an Adam Mace spot-kick had the visitors two-up by the 16th minute, and although Will Hailston pulled one back for Rovers seven minutes before the break, Sean Lawson made sure with the visitors` third on 63 minutes.
