AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to announce that striker Ryan Robbins has joined the club. With the departure of Nabil Shariff, Diamonds Manager Andy Peaks has moved quickly to strengthen his squad.
Peaks said “Ryan is a player who I have admired for a long time and his record speaks for itself, I am delighted he is joining and I am sure he will be a huge asset to the team.”
The 29-year-old striker joins from Gresley FC, having previously played for Barwell, Stamford and Coalville in recent seasons, following earlier spells with Boston United and Kings Lynn Town. He is also a St Kitts & Nevis international. Subject to registration confirmation he will be available for Saturday’s game at home to league leaders Moneyfields.
