Monday's Central Division action review

By David Watters

The only game in the EVO-STIK League Southern's Division One Central on Monday night saw Beaconsfield SYCOB and Marlow share a 2-2 draw at Holloways Park.

However, that result hides an incredible comeback by SYCOB. The hosts have struggled to put anything together in the league so far this season, but have done well in the Emirates FA Cup.

They started the evening third-bottom, while their visitors held fifth spot. But after Marlow led through goals from Calam Gallimore after just nine minutes and then Adam Richards in the 56th minutes and with stoppage time at the end of the game underway, few if any in the crowd expected anything other than an away win.

But an amazing comeback saw Charlie Losasso score what looked like being just a consolation four minutes into injury-time but then, two minutes later, Spencer Maw pulled the home side back on level terms.
