Marlow moved up to third place in the EVO-STIK League Southern's Division One Central table after a sixth successive win on Wednesday night, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

Mark Bartley`s side are now just a point behind leaders Royston Town after winning 2-0 at Thame against mid-table Aylesbury United.

Marcus Mealing gave the visitors a good start with a goal inside the opening eight minutes. And 15 minutes from time, Jordan Brown made sure with Marlow`s second.
