THE FIRST TEAM MANAGER ROLE

As Swindon Supermarine FC First team manager you will lead and continue to build a winning team that will achieve promotion and enable us to build our fan base in Swindon and the local community.

OUR NEW MANAGER SPECIFICATION

• You will already be an experienced football manager. You will be able to demonstrate achieving significant success at a club at a level above where Swindon Supermarine FC currently sit in the football pyramid.

• You will be able to demonstrate proven ability to attract players of a standard capable of achieving our goal.

• As a leader and a role model you will be able to demonstrate through interview and reputation that you will bring energy and positivity to the team management role.

• You will enjoy building relationships with different groups of people both internally and externally who are vital to the success of the Football Club.

• You will demonstrate that communication is a stand out strength allowing you to get your message across clearly at all times.

• You will relish being an ambassador for our Football Club.
