Ticket only admission for big game

Larkhall Athletic are expecting a sell-out crowd for the visit of Hereford after announcing that their EVO-STIK League Southern clash with the league leaders next month would be all ticket.

Before being hit for double figures in midweek at Taunton Town in EVO-STIK League Southern Division One South & West, the Larks confirmed that fans would have to purchase tickets in advance for the 3pm kick-off against the Bulls at Plain Ham on Saturday 18 February.

Officials say tickets can be bought at the home game against Bideford on February 4 or online via their website at £8 for adults and £5 concessions. Plain Ham boasts an official capacity of 1,000, prompting the Larks to go for an all ticket fixture with their phoenix club visitors regularly attracting crowds of almost 3,000 for home games at Edgar Street.

Larkhall have now lost their last three league matches on the spin and gone nine without victory after Tuesday's night's heavy 10-2 reverse at the Viridor Stadium. New manager Phil Bater, pictured, who replaced his son Geraint earlier this month, will hope for a change of luck on Saturday at Bishops Cleeve.
