Special offer to lure bumper crowd!

Kempston Rovers are hoping to celebrate the end of another successful season with one of their biggest crowds of the 2016-17 EVO-STIK League Southern campaign.

The promotion-chasing Walnut Boys - currently seventh and just three points off the play-offs - are hoping to lure a bumper crowd to their final home game against Histon at Hillgrounds on Saturday 22 April by charging supporters just £1 at the turnstiles to see the EVO-STIK League Southern Division One Central clash.

Last seasons's United Counties League champions and North Beds Charity Cup winners are now urging fans to turn out in numbers after announcing the special ticket offer for what could be a crucial clash on Monday.

A Rovers spokesman said: "Our final league match of the season against Histon will be £1 entry for all fans! We are hoping that fans from Kempston will embrace the match and support in their numbers in what has been an already successful season for the Walnuts.

"We urge all regular fans to spread the word for this match, and hopefully get a large crowd in for the last home match of the Southern League season."
