Saville departs Farnborough

By Jack Moore

Farnborough have announced that it has agreed to terminate the contract of Jack Saville with immediate effect

Manager, Spencer Day told the Official Farnborough Website : “I’m disappointed that it hasn’t worked out with Jack but sometimes it just doesn’t.

“We thank him for his time at Boro and wish him all the very best for the future as he’s a cracking lad.

“I continue to evaluate the squad and a further announcement will be made in due course.”

The 6'4 centre-half made 26 appearances in Barnet's Conference National winning side, as well as playing for our neighbours Aldershot Town in Non-League's top flight.

Jack, who now lives in Fleet, turned professional with Southampton in 2009 at the age of 18, after spending four years in Chelsea’s Youth system.
