Helping the Mitres cause

Jack Watts has turned down an approach from Slimbridge to remain at Bishop's Cleeve.

The former Evesham United forward rejoined Cleeve earlier this season after a spell at Cirencester Town.

Swans boss Freddy Ward was keen to capture his signature, but 23-year-old Watts has decided to stay and try and help the Mitres escape relegation from Southern League Division One West.
