The Swans - who beat Winchester City 5-3 at Thornhill Park on Saturday's opening day to the EVO-STIK League Southern Division One South & West campaign - are set to visit Bristol Rovers’ Memorial Stadium for the first time after the clubs were drawn together in the competition's first round.
The date of the trip to newly promoted League One club will be announced as soon agreed say delighted Swans officials hoping to set up a trip to Cinderford Town's Causeway Ground for an all EVO-STIK League Southern Division One South & West quarter-final.
With four points from their first 180 minutes of football after Leon Sterling's side drew 0-0 away at Bishops Cleeve on Tuesday night, Slimbridge are looking to build on their good start at Lodge Road on Saturday when they visit Yate Town.
Assistant manager Freddy Ward said: "Four points from our first two games is a good start. It was a typical local derby - competitive and fiery, and I think a draw was a fair result."
He added: "The lads played well, and I thought [man-of-the-match] Sean Lawson had an outstanding game."
After their weekend trip to Yate, the Swans host Swindon Supermarine at Thornhill Park next Wednesday night (August 17) in a 7.45pm kick-off.
