Casuals add trio

Walton Casuals have bought three new players to bolster their squad for the upcoming season.

Walton Casuals have brought in three new players ready for the 2018/19 season in Ollie Robinson, Nathan Wood and Alec Fiddes.

Ollie Robinson returns to Casuals for a second spell however he joined Molesey from Walton Casuals in the summer of 2013 before moving on to the likes of Metropolitan Police.

Young forward Nathan Wood joins the Casuals from Leatherhead.

He was previously on the books at Fulham and AFC Wimbledon.

Attacking midfielder Alec Fiddes also joins the Casuals from new league rivals Metropolitan Police.

He moved to the Met in January 2018 however found himself playing in Spain’s Segunda Division B (third level) in the 2016/17 season.

London-born, Fiddes has previous experience with professional clubs Exeter City and Bristol City, but also with the likes of Weston-super-Mare, Weymouth, Yate Town and Chippenham Town who all play in non-league.

The three new arrivals follow the re-signing of French winger Youssef Bamba making them the Casuals 2nd, 3rd and 4th signings in preparation for the new season.
