Wise missed Monday's 5-0 defeat at home to Beaconsfield SYCOB after rupturing ankle ligaments in last Saturday's 2-2 draw at Dunstable, McSporran's first game in charge after stepping up from assistant manager to departed manager Martin Wilkinson.
Signed by the EVO-STIK League Southern Central Division club from Banbury United, the 21-year-old, pictured, was at Coventry City's academy before coming through Brackley Town's youth system and captaining their development side.
Former Walsall, Wycombe Wanderers and Doncaster Rovers striker McSporran and his management team of Paul Harwood and Dan Barry will also be without two other key players for the forseable future after they were injured in the same game - left-back Mark Flanagan also sustaining ankle ligament damage and central midfielder Ben Fitzmartin who tore a hamstring.
The Greens wished recent signing Wise well on Friday as they prepared to travel to Ashford Town's Short Lane in Stanwell on Saturday after taking just two points so far this season from a possible 18.
A spokesman said: "Central defender Charlie Wise was seriously injured in the match at AFC Dunstable where he sustained ruptured ankle ligaments and will be out of the game for several months. Everyone at the KFC wishes him well and hopes he has a speedy and successful recovery."
