Wednesday's Premier Division action review

By David Watters

Tony Lee had an almost perfect debut for EVO-STIK League Southern Cirencester Town in Wednesday night's only top flight fixture, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

The young striker joined Charlie Griffin`s side on a month`s loan from National League side Eastleigh in time to play at Frome Town.

Lee, who was promoted to the Spitfires` first-team squad in the summer of 2014 after impressing in the club`s academy system, bagged a brace for Ciren, but the strugglers ended up losing by the odd goal in five to leave them hovering just above the drop zone.

Lee has had several loan spells, including time spent with AFC Totton, Gosport Borough, Poole Town and, earlier this season, Whitehawk.
