One of the clubs stalwarts reached another milestone in his career when he played against Egham Town in the Evo-Stik South, East making his 400th First Team appearance.
Kevin becomes only the 12th player in the history of Uxbridge FC to reach this milestone, he joins Roger Nicholls, Sean Dawson, Jamie Cleary, Gavin Bamford, Steve Church, Cliff Williamson, Mick Pickett, Mark Gill, Gordon Stewart, Lee Tunnell and Wayne Carter.
Kevin started his career with Wimbledon before moving to Brook House, he then joined Hayes FC in 2001 and immediately became a fans favourite due to his never say die attitude. He was a battling midfielder and reluctant left-back who for one so diminutive in stature could outjump most opponents. He was twice voted Player of the Year in his five seasons with the club, gained FA XI honours and was selected to tour Japan with Middlesex Wanderers in the summer of 2005 but sadly missed out through injury. Having made 234+3 appearances, scoring 34 goals, he decided a change of scene was needed and signed for Staines Town of the Ryman League in June 2006. He returned briefly at the end of the 2006/07 season making a further two appearances and adding another goal to his tally.
Kevin joined Uxbridge in 2007 at the age of 28, being signed by Tony Choules from Brook House FC, his first appearance was as a substitute at Honeycroft on 27th October 2007 against Thatcham Town in the Southern League alongside his younger brother David. Since then he has netted 58 times, his latest in the 2-1 win over North Greenford United in the Middlesex FA Senior Challenge Cup.
