Two Loan signings

By David Simpson

Academy players

Both Josh Brace and Lewis Ellington have joined Evo-Stik League South Premier club Farnborough on loan from SkyBet League One side Bristol Rovers.

Ellington joined the Bristol Rovers’ academy when aged 10, and was awarded his first professional contract in the summer of 2017.

Very creative and technical, the winger, who can also play striker, played in plenty of under-23 games in the Central League and was subject to interest from Premier League and Championship sides when he was 15.

Ellington’s loan deal will see him spend a month at The Rushmoor Community Stadium, while Brace joins on `work experience`.
