Tuesday's South & West action review

Evesham won 2-1 at the Loop Meadow Stadium against mid-table Didcot Town.

Lorcan Sheehan gave United a great start with a goal inside the opening four minutes. But Ben Whitehead equalised just three minutes later, only for Adam Mann to score what turned out to be the winner in the 20th minute.

Taunton Town gained their fifth win in fifteen days when they beat AFC Totton 3-1 away.

Matt Wright after two minutes and Jordan Rogers on 25 minutes put Taunton 2-0 up by the interval before Dave Allen pulled a goal back for the Stags in the 73rd minute.

Instead of continuing their fightback, Totton conceded another goal within a couple of minutes with Wright netting his second of the game.

Taunton`s neighbours, bottom-markers Bridgwater Town, slumped to a 2-0 away defeat to Bideford.

Sean Downing put the home team ahead in the 15th minute. Although they didn't concede another goal before half-time, Bridgwater did not look like scoring and Kevin Squire snapped up another for Bideford on the hour-mark.
