Second-bottom Yate Town, strengthened by several Bristol Rovers youngsters caused an upset when they beat overnight unbeaten leaders Taunton Town at Wordsworth Drive.
On 14 minutes the visitors took the lead when Cameron Ebbutt headed home a cross by Lewis Leigh-Gilchrist, both new signings.
This was the only score of the first half of the game.
After the interval Taunton drew level on 62 minutes when Mark Preece headed home a Shane White corner.
Yate hit back after 5 minutes and regained the lead when Ebbutt shot home from close range.
With 10 minutes remaining Ebbutt completed his hat-trick when he scored following a poor back pass by Ryan Brett.
The visitors` weren’t quite done and on 89 minutes Leigh-Gilchrist made it 4-1 to Yate when he shot home from an Ebbutt pass.
It was goalless at the Ray Mac when, just before half-time, the Whites were reduced to ten-men when Marvin Brooks shown a red card for an incident on the touchline.
Parity for the ten-men lasted only 6 minutes after the break when Ryan Campbell gave `Marine the lead and then George Kellow eventually added a second 3 minutes into stoppage time.
But it`s newly-promoted Bristol Manor Farm who now top the table after their emphatic 6-0 drubbing of bottom-markers and point-less Bishops Cleeve.
No doubting who the goalscoring hero was for Manor Farm as Dean Stamp netted four times in the 39th, 69th, 77th and 85th minutes after Lloyd Mills had given them a 7th minute lead.
Ben Bament added a sixth in stoppage time.
Evesham United are now fifth after Leroy Odiero`s goal 3 minutes after half-time eventually proved enough to beat Cirencester Town at the Corinium Stadium.
George Reid bagged a brace for Didcot Town, but ended up on the losing side as the Railwaymen were beaten 4-2 at the Loop Meadow Stadium by Winchester City.
City led through Ollie Bailey after just 2 minutes, Rob Carr after 19 minutes and Simba Mlambo on the half-hour mark.
Bailey added his second to make it 4-0 with only 35 minutes gone on the clock.
But Diddy `won` the second half with goals from Reid in the 58th and 63rd minutes – the second from the spot.
Matt McDonald put Cinderford Town ahead at Shortwood United after 34 minutes.
Harry Burns levelled 10 minutes after the break, and then Joe White won it for the home side 10 minutes from time.
Craig Feeney bagged a brace to help AFC Totton to a 2-1 home win over North Leigh.
Feeney struck in the 15th and 22nd minutes, with Sam Mattock replying on 36 minutes.
Barnstaple Town were the evening`s other winners, beating Paulton Rovers 4-0 in Devon with goals from Lloyd Gardner after 19 minutes, Jordan Charran after 37 minutes, Jordan Walton 3 minutes from time and then Fletcher Williams in stoppage time.
