Trio of Blues Loaned to Royals

...

Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central club Sutton Coldfield Town have picked up a trio of young players on loan from SkyBet Championship side Birmingham City.

Kieron Dawes, Jack Concannon and Leo Brown have all moved to Coles Lane.

Right-back Dawes has signed on loan until the end of August, with the proviso to extend.

Midfielder Concannon and striker Brown, who are both third-year academy scholars - have entered into `work experience` agreements with the Royals, until the end of August also with the possibility to extend.

The moves are designed to secure the players' regular football at Step 4 level and challenge them in a different environment.

The trio will still be training with Blues and eligible for youth matches.

Dawes signed his first professional contract for Blues in the summer.

All three players were members of Blues under-18 side that reached the FA Youth Cup semi-finals last season.
