Stratford Town manager Darren Byfield has swooped for two new wide men.

22-year-old Callum Powell has joined Town after being leaving new league rivals Tamworth.

Powell a graduate of Northampton Town's academy programme signed for Rugby Town but was snapped up by Vanarama National League side Wrexham in July 2016.

He signed for the Lambs on a permanent basis in the summer of 2017 after impressing during a loan spell from Wrexham but was released last month.

Earlier this close season, Powell was handed the chance to impress in front of scouts at Jamie Vardy`s V9 Academy.

Also joining Stratford is former Aston Villa youngster Nathan Olukanmi.

A pacey and direct winger, Milton Keynes-born Olukanmi has also worn the colours of Leighton Town, Arlesey Town, Barton Rovers and Cambridge City
