Recent recruit from Stratford Town, Richard Gregory, bagged both of the Brakes goals in the 10th and 19th minutes.

Charlie Moone gave the home side the boost of an early second minute lead. Moone doubled Slough`s lead on the half-hour mark and when James Dobson made it 3-0 just shy of the hour-mark, it looked done and dusted.
But Aaron O`Connor reduced the deficit in the last minute and then fellow striker Rene Howe made the home fans sweat when he pulled a second back three minutes into stoppage time.
Chippenham Town met Hitchin Town at Hardenhuish Park and David Pratt`s 74th minute effort saw the Bluebirds swap places into third spot.
Merthyr Town moved above the Canaries into fourth after a 3-0 Penydarren Park win over fourth-bottom St Neots Town.
Ian Traylor gave the Martyrs a 37th minute lead that Kayne McLaggon doubled three minutes into the second half. Elliot Richards made it game over with a third nine minutes from time.
The top five hold a four-point lead over sixth-placed Frome Town, who won 2-0 at Creasey Park against Dunstable Town – Jake Jackson just before the break and Ollie Knight five minutes after it were the visitors` marksmen.
At the other end of the table, bottom-markers Cinderford Town suffered a 4-0 defeat at Banbury United, whose Conor McDonagh and Ricky Johnson both bagged braces, while second-bottom Cambridge City gave themselves a pre-Christmas boost with a 2-1 home win over fifth-bottom Cirencester Town.
Charlie Woolfe was the City hero with a brace in the 14th and 40th minutes – Alan Griffin replying five minutes from time.
Third-bottom Hayes & Yeading United halted their slide and their awful recent defensive record by holding Stratford Town to a goalless draw.
Weymouth, another side sliding down the table, shared a 1-1 home draw with St Ives Town.
It was like London buses at the Bob Lucas Stadium as Stuart Fleetwood gave the Terras a 54th minute breakthrough that Josh Dawkin cancelled out within a minute!
Soon to be managerless Dorchester Town shared a 3-3 draw at The Walks against King`s Lynn Town, taking an early third minute lead through Tom Blair.
And they showed spirit to come back from Ryan Fryatt goals after 42 and 68 minutes, sandwiched by a 60th minute Michael Clunan effort, that had given Lynn a 3-1 lead. Jake Smeeton and David Jerrard pulled the Magpies back on terms in the final 15 minutes.
Reece Hales` 25th minute effort eventually proved enough for Redditch United at the Camrose against Basingstoke Town.
Elsewhere, Inih Effiong grabbed a stoppage time equaliser for Biggleswade Town after Russell Short`s 20th minute opener had been overturned by Chesham United`s Drew Roberts from the spot six minutes later and then Ryan Blake on 53 minutes.
