The duo stood down at the Skyex Community Stadium this week following the appointment of new joint-managers Paul Hughes and Ritchie Hanlon as the successors to Mickey Lewis.
United's officials say the former Kings Langley double act will bring in their own backroom team after enjoying three seasons of success at the Kings. Appointed last Wednesday, they guided the club to three successive promotions from the Spartan South Midlands Division One to the EVO-STIK League Southern's Premier Division.
The Middlesex club's officials are planning to pay tribute to Barry and keepers coach Preddie in their next matchday programme, the latter for his ten years of sterling service as a player, coach and caretaker manager since the merger of Hayes and Yeading nearly a decade ago.
In a statement on the club's website, a spokesman said: "The club would like put on record the appreciation for their hard work and commitment to Hayes & Yeading over the past years. We wish them both well in their future endeavours."
