We have just had 2 difficult home games and picked up 2 valuable points.

Points dropped or points gained?

Well being in the this tough league I know it’s points gained.
On Saturday we played against a good Banbury side, although we conceded late I was happy with the way we played and a draw was probably a fair result.

Bishops Storford was another tough game on Boxing Day, again we had the lead but unfortunately on both occasions we were unable to hold on to it. The last 10 minutes was like a rocky film with both teams going all out for the win and again like Saturday a draw was a fair result.

There were some strange results over the festive period so to get through both games unbeaten can only been seen as a positive, we now enter 2018 in a safe league position ready to go and try to enjoy the 2nd half of the season.
