Paulton share the points

Paulton started their 2018 with a home game against Winchester City on a cold January afternoon

Paulton started well with Dale Evans free kick just going wide. Winchester then took charge of the game with two corners given within 4 minutes.

10 minutes later Winchester had two chances. One wide by Dan Williamson and one shot into the side netting by Pat Cox.

Winchester eventually took the lead with Oli Bailey setting up Pat Cox to score past Denis Begovic.

The second half began with Josh Morgan-Williams scoring into the bottom left hand corner and then Monelle doubling their lead 10 minutes later with a shot set up by Jack Ball.

Denis Begovic made a fantastic save to stop Winchester levelling up and then 7 minutes later Joe Guest fouled Oli Bailey with Jamie Barron scoring the penalty into the top right hand corner.
