MAGNA EXTERIORS (BANBURY) LIMITED BACK THE PURITANS IN SECONDARY SPONSOR PACKAGE FOR THE 2017-18 SEASON

The board of Banbury United FC is delighted that automotive manufacturing Banbury employer, Magna Exteriors (Banbury) Limited, will become a sponsor of the club for the 2017-18 season. The company will be a secondary sponsor, which will include advertising at the ground and in the match day programme.

The deal will be worth a four figure sum to the club and United’s Commercial Director, Mark Allitt, is very pleased to welcome Magna into the Puritans’ sponsorship family and said “I’m delighted to welcome one of Banbury‘s largest employers into our sponsorship group as we look to build on the success of our first season back in the Southern League Premier Division. To have the backing of a big firm in the town is a tremendous boost to the club as we look to push the club forward in our second season back at Premier Division level.”

Also commenting on the recent news, Magna General Manager, Tony Park, said “Magna is very pleased to be adding our support to Banbury United for the forthcoming season. We have employees who go to the matches and all I hear is good things about the club. With it now being a supporter owned club and a community project, it became a very attractive concept for us to give our backing.”

Banbury United Chairman, Ronnie Johnson, was also quick to praise the deal and added “I’m delighted that Magna will be alongside us as we look to build on the club’s achievements from last season and I look forward to developing a close relationship with them.”
