Disappointed too..

Brandon Goodship, Stephane Zubar and Ben Thomson went close as the Terras put the Blues under pressure in a good performance but they could not find the breakthrough.

Molesley said: “I am really pleased with the performance, disappointed we could not take all three points because we did more than enough to take all three points.

“There is a little bit of frustration but also really pleased with the way the boys performed against a tough Stratford side in difficult conditions.

Molesley added: “I thought the boys coped with it really well and created more than enough chances to win the game.

“We were very unlucky not to take all three.”

The draw was Weymouth’s third in their last three league games having also had stalemates with Dorchester Town and Bishop’s Stortford.

When asked about the draws Molesley said: “It is definitely frustrating but I think that the last two games we have drawn, the Dorchester one we were bitterly disappointed but the last two games we defended well enough and created more than enough chances both of those games of football.

“I am sure that we have shown that we can put those chances away.

“It is not panic stations by any stretch of the imagination for us, yes a little bit frustrated.”

The Terras created a lot of chances as Goodship rounded Louis Connor in the Stratford goal but fired wide from a tight angle, while Charlie Davis and Thomson hit the crossbar and Zubar headed wide from a corner.

Molesley said: “For a manager the time to worry is when you are not creating the chances and at the moment we are making enough and we are defending well enough to make me feel that we are going to be alright.

“The boys battled and played well, we were very unfortunate not to get the goals today.”
