Laird Leaves The Magpies

The Mapgies have endured a poor start to the Evo-Sitk South Premier season.

The club are in 20th position in the table and have earned just 3 point so far this campaign.

A club statement confirmed the manager’s exit from the Avenue Stadium.

“Following discussions between Team Manager Craig Laird and the Board of Directors of Dorchester Town Football Club, Craig Laird has resigned as Team Manager with immediate effect citing increased work commitments in his main employment,” it read.

“Trevor Senior has been appointed as interim manager with Stuart Heath working along side him.”
