Keep punching

Freedy Ward want more

Slimbridge manager Freddy Ward says his side are 'punching above their weight' at this stage of the season,

The Swans are coming off a 2-2 draw against table toppers Taunton Town on Wednesday night, and were 2-1 ahead until the dying moments of the game.

They also have stand-out wins against the likes of Bristol Manor Farm, and sit in ninth ahead of Saturday's trip to Bideford.

A win could bring them as high as fifth in such a tight league, and results like the one against Taunton gives Ward a lot of belief.

"We are punching above our weight a little bit in this league," said Ward.
