Haule loving the step up to manage

Aylesbury boss Davis Haule told this week's Non-League Show that he is loving life as a manager in the EVO-STIK League Southern.

The former Peterborough United, Birmingham City and Wimbledon attacking midfielder, who made more than 120 appearances for the Moles in three spells during a career spanning 20 years, returned The SRD Stadium in January as the successor to joint managers Danny Gordon and Gareth Risbridger.

After seeing his third from bottom side suffer at 6-0 hammering at home to EVO-STIK League Southern Division One Central leaders Royston Town on Saturday, Haule will be relieved Non-League Show host Caroline Barker hadn't booked him to come on next Friday's podcast instead following the show's transfer from the BBC this season to a number of platforms including Audioboom and iTunes.

As well as Aylesbury and his pro career, Haule also played for Chalfont St Peter, Hanwell, Harrow Borough, Hemel Hempstead Town, Hendon, St Albans City, Staines Town, Ware, Wealdstone, Woking and Yeading attacker. he's also played around the world having seen action with Jacksonville Cyclones in the US, Vidir IK in Finland and a number of clubs in New Zealand.

The relegation threatened Moles, five points clear of second from bottom Histon, are at home Marlow next Saturday.
