Gosport Borough sign two

Evo-Stik League South Premier relegation-battlers Gosport Borough have signed Luca Wrightman and Sam Lanahan.

Wrightman is a graduate of the Aldershot Town academy and can play either at right-back or as a winger.

He spent the second half of last season on loan at Bostik League side Canvey Island and from October to December this season with Worthing.

Attacking midfielder Lanahan re-joins Boro from league rivals Dorchester Town.

Lanahan has scored 9 goals in twenty-nine appearances for the Magpies in all competitions this season.

He returned to Dorchester in the summer from Wimborne Town and also played for Blackfield & Langley following his first spell with Gosport in 2016/17.

Wrightman and Lanahan go straight into the squad for Saturday`s encounter with leaders Hereford FC.
