On an excellent playing surface given the recent weather, it was the visitors who started the better and took an early 7th minute lead when an in-swinging corner from Charlie Barton was deemed to have crossed the line, even though Tyler Tobin seemed to have prevented the ball crossing the line.
Lower mid-table Marlow held that lead until the half-time break, but then 12 minutes into the second half, the Ash Trees were awarded a penalty which Alex Fisher duly converted to bring the scores level.
And just 2 minutes later, the home side were in front when a Tommy Brunton shot was parried by the Marlow keeper but Dan Fleming lashed home the rebound.
Four minutes later, it was 3-1 as a deft back flick found its way to James Cottee, who scored with a shot off the underside of the crossbar.
And a fourth goal in 11 minutes killed the game off as a contest as Dan Fleming`s cross was converted by Scott Weight.
Marlow did manage to pull one back in the 83rd minute from a deflected free-kick from sub Kelvin Bossman, but that burst of goals ensured the points stayed at home.
