Football thief caught on camera

Police are hot on the heels of a thief who's stolen a haul of football equipment from one of the youth teams at EVO-STIK League Southern Cinderford Town.

Gloucestershire Police are appealing for witnesses and information after studying CCTV footage of a break-in at the home of Foresters youth team manager Brian Burke.

The culprit was caught on camera by a neighbour's CCTV system at around 10.30am on Wednesday 21 September entering and leaving the house in the Buckshaft area with all of his side's footballs, bibs, cones and water bottles.

U18s boss Burke is appealing for anyone with information about the incident to contact the police.
