Dorchester get their man..

Dorchester Town are delighted to announce that Steve Thompson has been appointed as First Team Manager.

Thompson 54, was the assistant to manager Russell Slade at Yeovil Town when the Glovers reached the 2007 League One play-off final at Wembley. He was also manager at national League South side Truro City.

In his playing days, he featured for Bristol City, Slough Town, Wycombe Wanderers and Woking in which he won the FA Trophy twice. He has most recently been assistant-manager to Garry Hill at Woking for six years.
