Latest Position

We are aware that supporters are keen to know the very latest over the future of our Lodge Road Stadium. We have therefore summarised the position below: -

• Our current arrangement with Bloor Homes will expire on the 31st December 2018 and discussions regarding the future have been ongoing for a number of months.

• Bloor have now agreed to an early forfeit to the current arrangement and have also requested that the club make an offer to buy back the ground.

• The club have undertaken an independent valuation, to support our offer, this has been shared with Bloor and we are awaiting their response.

This remains the Board’s key priority and we are doing everything possible to ensure Yate Town FC will continue to play at Lodge Road. Our target date for a way forward is by the 15th June to comply with the league regulations for the 18/19 season.
