DIDCOT Town manager Andy Ballard says his side will go to Wimborne Town tonight full of confidence for their Evo-Stik South League West Division play-off semi-final.
The Railwaymen produced a special finish to the season, winning their final three matches.
They finished the job with a 3-0 home victory over Paulton Rovers on Saturday, which secured sixth place and the division’s final play-off spot.
With Wimborne finishing third, that means a trip to Dorset this evening.
“It was a fantastic result on Saturday,” Ballard said.
“It was certainly a nervy afternoon, but we got the job done, and scored three good goals.
“We will go into the play-off as underdogs because Wimborne finished third, but on the back of three wins, I think we have all the momentum.”
