HENRY SPALDING scored his second goal from a corner in four days as Cirencester Town notched their third away win of the season with a battling 3-2 success at Cinderford Town.
In another wet and windy game – but calmer than Saturday’s home affair with Yate – Ciren midfielder and dead ball specialist Spalding curled a left footed, wind-assisted inswinger into the net in the 15th minute.
If he pulls off a unique ‘corner’ hat-trick at Paulton in the FA Trophy game on Saturday a call may be required to the Guinness Book of Records.
