PAUL Collicutt is urging Evesham United to anticipate the game-changing power Paulton Rovers possess on Saturday (3pm).
The in-form Robins have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 to get back on track their promotion push in Southern League West.
United have lost just two of 12 away matches in the league this season but one of those was at Winterfield Road in August, prompting a word of caution from the Evesham manager.
“Paulton beat us at their place earlier in the season and deservedly so,” said Collicutt.
“They have made one or two changes since but warranted their win on the day, scoring one of the best goals we have conceded all season within two minutes.
“It knocked the stuffing out of us and put them on the front foot very early on and these things can happen in football. We will certainly have to be on our game to beat Paulton.
“A lot of teams are finding they need to be at their best in every game with the exception of Taunton. They are running away with it but there is a big scramble for second place and the four play-off positions.
“You cannot take anything for granted and it is the same in any sport at any level, you have to make it happen.
