Banbury United, AFC Rushden & Diamonds and Taunton Town have scooped the EVO-STIK League South’s Club of the Month accolades for August.

The trio were named on Monday as August's winners of the monthly competition to recognise and reward the top performers among the 68 clubs playing in the EVO-STIK League South’s three divisions.
Winning clubs can look forward to being presented with a cut glass trophy recording their achievement

Puritans boss Mike Ford will collect the top flight's accolade for their record of five wins in the opening month of the campaign boasting a goal difference of +15.

AFC Rushden & Diamonds led the way in the EVO-STIK League South, East to collect the first award of the season, Andy Peaks’ side taking 10 points from a possible 12 and scoring 13 goals along the way while also negotiating safe passage through The Emirates FA Cup Preliminary Round.

In the EVO-STIK League South, West Taunton Town and manager Leigh Robinson romped to four wins from four in the league to take the division's honour.
