Canaries boss agrees to a grilling!

Hitchin Town manager Mark Burke is looking forward to giving his thoughts to fans on the EVO-STIK League Southern club's progress on the pitch this season.

The Hitchin Town Supporters’ Trust are hoping to see a big turn out of fans at Top Field on Wednesday 14 December after announcing the date of their latest 'meet the manager' event.

The Q&A style format kicks off at 8.30pm in the main hall at the Canary Club and organisers at the EVO-STIK League Southern Premier Division club say the event is open to all.

HTST secretary Rupert Russell said: "Mark Burke will give his thoughts on the season so far and then answer any questions about Hitchin Town footballing matters. The evening is open to all supporters, not just Supporters’ Trust members and it would be lovely to see a large turnout to reward Mark for giving up his valuable time.

"So please do mention the event to supporter friends who may not use the website or attend all matches. Mark and the Hitchin Town Supporters Trust committee look forward to seeing you all on the 14th."
