Borough bolster defensive options

Gosport Borough have strengthened their defensive options by signing Lukas McCartney.
Lukas McCartney joins from Alresford Town, who play in the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) Premier Division.
Originally announced last week, the club can now confirm his signing.
McCartney, formally part of the famous Southampton`s youth academy, also played for Swindon Town and Eastleigh before joining Alresford. He made 45 appearances in the Wessex League last season.
McCartney could make his debut for Boro tomorrow (4th July) against Havant & Waterlooville in a pre-season friendly.
