Barcelos Stays With Railwaymen After All

Striker Felipe Barcelos will not be re-joining Evo-Stik Southern League Central club Banbury United for next season after all

Due to the travel commitment involved, Barcelos has now decided to re-sign for Southern League West side Didcot Town.

The Brazilian striker originally signed for Banbury in January 2016 upon his return to the UK after a spell in Italy.

It was announced in May that the 26-year-old striker had returned to the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium, where he scored 18 goals from 33 appearances during his first spell with the club.

He had joined Didcot in October 2017 following a brief spell with Cirencester Town and finished last season with 26 goals in total.
