Jamie Brown returns to Gosport as Mick Catlin's first signing ahead of Hitchin test.

Its official. Browner is back. Three years after he left, Jamie Brown has returned to Gosport Borough.

The experienced, 36-year-old, Southampton based midfielder, was a firm fans favourite in his first spell at the Club between 2011 and 2014 and was instrumental in many of the Club's successes of the era including being an integral part of the team that reached the F.A Trophy Final in 2014.

But just a few months after that Brown departed after a controversial pre-season friendly in Guernsey and moved onto Basingstoke Town and later featured for Winchester City. On revealing the signing, Manager Catlin said;

"I need his experience and someone like him to come in and do a job" he explained.
