Another Spitfire Is Loaned To Boro

Vanarama National League club Eastleigh have announced that 21-year-old goalkeeper Mark Childs has joined Evo-Stik League South Premier side Gosport Borough on a month`s loan.

Childs made his Spitfires debut in front of the BT Sport cameras at home to Boreham Wood last season, before joining Gosport a month later.

Whilst on loan, Childs suffered an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament, which kept him out of action until the recent Hampshire Senior Cup defeat to AFC Bournemouth last month.

Childs joins fellow Spitfires loanees Ollie Dennett and Harvey Read at Privett Park.
